Film Noir Lighting
Back to school this month ... the Nikon School in central London, learning about Film Noir lighting.
The term 'Film Noir' was coined retrospectively by a French film critic, referring to films of the 1940s and 1950s, where strong directional lighting was often used to create high contrast and dark shadows. Our patient model for the day was Courtney Wallis who came suitably attired for the event.
One of the last outings with the trusty D700.
